Description
The color of a cardinal is so beautiful. I do not get many cardinals in my yard but this one visited soon after a death of a friend's son. The most common interpretation of a cardinal is a message from a departed loved one. Whenever you see one, it signifies that they are visiting you. They generally appear when you need or miss them the most. They also come through moments of joy and sorrow to let you know they will always be there for you. However you believe, I hope you enjoy this photo.

Hi Angie, I must confess, when I saw "Cardinal", I thought..."Oh no, not Another Cardinal Painting." I was prepared to be right. I was wrong. You cardinal has soul. Other words for this...energy, essence, sentience. I love what you did with paint, brush and paper. Wonderful. Just wonderful. CJ Knapp
