Description
In Denali National Park we happened upon this moose family enjoying their morning breakfast. We stayed a distance away so we would not disturb them. Then after a few minutes we rushed back to get the rest of our group so that they could hopefully see them as well. Amazing!

This is such an amazing and adorable image, Angie! Those little ones just steal my heart!!
Angie Mossburg replied:
Thank you Jennifer! I'm glad I wasn't doing video - I kept saying "awe" over and over :)

This photo is so much fun, Angie! First time I can remember seeing a female moose and her calves.
Angie Mossburg replied:
Thank you Lisa! I was so excited to see them! They couldn't have been that old

Oh, I hope you weren't too close. That mama moose could have decided that picture taking was not on the agenda. At any rate, this is a lovely capture.
Angie Mossburg replied:
Thank you so much Harriet! And never fear, this family was walking by our car and we stayed inside.

Awww...what a fantastic shot. An amazing capture. This had to be extremely exciting.
Angie Mossburg replied:
Thank you Lynn! It was very exciting! We had gone out on a quick lookaround before grabbing the other members of our party. We had hoped to see a moose at some time during the trip and to see this Mom and two little ones right off the bat was super!

Oh, my goodness, Angie, what a precious shot - always love the babies. f/l
Angie Mossburg replied:
Thank you! I watched this little family for a few minutes before they disappeared over a hill. In that time I got to watch the new babies walk and eat. Such a great memory!
